Vday

Vday = Dinner + Movie + Gifts.

Managed to book the tix online even then the slots were practically full didnt get to watch my choices and settled for CJ7, I know.. mandarin show so very unlikely, show was pretty alright though a touching one towards the end and the cj7 thingamajig was pretty adorable. Was a nice change to be at Vivo instead of town this year, had dinner at a Thai restuarant where the rice was thoughtfully served in the shape of a heart. A perfect location coupled with a lovely ambience facing the sea, deck view.

Got him a fragrance from Salvatore Ferragamo and got the LG Viewty in exchange not a fair exchange I must say haha (you don't mind do you hubs :) life of a uh poor student) the gift came at a PERFECT timing, the U600 just had to die on me a couple of days after the lunar new year leaving me in a plight whereby I could only answer calls and nothing more and had to settle for one of dad's old phones and I do mean OLD which took some getting used to.

CNY was alright. The usual visitation stuff and whatnots. Oranges and angbaos *grins* have yet to collect the most important one from dad as he had an o/seas assignment he IS due back in Sg today though. Got a huge packet from my cuzzie wasn't expecting one from him as he's not married but still haha imagine the grin plastered on my face.. I do admit the circumstances have made the entire group of us closer.. monica being in Melbourne for a whole year and all that led to us spending quality time together when she got back a couple of months back, who else can to rely on if not the family.

I know I'm NOTICABLY shorter then the younger sis... would rather not receive comments.. its no wonder most think of me as being the younger one.

Spent Mon's bday over at her place, got her a mug and made a collage with some purchases from an art store. Had a mini pre-birthday celebration for Liming over lunch at the Soup Kitchen with the girls. Got her a top which I kinda gave at the wrong timing.. haha the lunch was supposed to be some surprise. And I finally passed Shiya her gift which was wayyyyyyyyyy overdue. Hoped the dress fits and came in handy for vday? :P

P.S: Uh amir we'll ask you out the next time haha a date with my wii and the girls a pretty good deal huh? Games + girls. :D
