Rush hour :(

Been rushing out a couple of projects these couple of days.. okay, 2 to be exact.. one's a-okay according to the lecturer.. but the other.. she rejected.. reason being, I did not give it to her on time which was like a freaking 2 days ago.. like can't you just give and take or somethin'? Its taxing enough having to do the workload that's supposedly suppose to be shared by 4 by myself since I aint got a group for that particular module and now this. There she went on and on about me being late in the submission and that she would have to penalize my marks while on the other hand she said that the deadline was NON-NEGOTIABLE and that no she was not gon' accept it, like make up your mind already, its either a yes or a no, don't go messing with my head. Not that I can be bothered anyway.. never did take a liking to her in the first place.. oh well.. will just have to depend on the written examinations then.

Anyway

Mr S N has been thinking of me as a malay since like day one.. that I found out only today when he spoke to me in malay and got corrected by this other classmate of mine.. asked my race and naturally I'd tell him my race as stated in the IC.. why bother elaborating right? So yeah, told him I'm an Indian... from the likes of it.. he most likely thought that I was trying to irritate him or somesort and spoke to me in..tamil. Obviously I gave him a blank stare.. I know nuts about the language and he went.. so what indian language DO you understand, none I said, am an Indian only in race.. language wise.. clueless.. as clueless as a bird would be underwater.. the only other language I knew besides english was.. chinese.. not that I'm good in it.. but.. well lets just say its enough to get me through (:

Another classmate was asking.. so... what are you exactly..? You look malay.. but ain't got a malay name. Told him my race and he was saying that I had the best of both worlds.. a chindian with a eurasian sounding name.. LOL. I'll take that as a compliment. Lookswise.. nothing new.. almost everyone I meet assume I'm malay, will just have to live with it.

Yet again another person told me I looked like a mini, fairer version of Jacintha Abisheganaden... one of the lecturers, TTS.. I seriously don't see the resemblance... was first told by Alston.. and subsequently by the rest of the staff at SingTel Mobile... and my uncle.. and now even the lecturer? Uhh... so which part of my face is it that resembles her..? And no we are not in anyway related, I do not even know her.

Waited for hubs outside his camp earlier and off to Orchard we went.. shopped for tops actually.. it is the GSS.. a pretty good reason to shop eh?

Posters of the Dim Sum Dollies were like practically all over Tangs... which reminds me.. the tix have arrived! Can't wait for the premier (:
