.ღ .The good, the bad and the ugly .ღ .

Haven't been on msn much these days..the com would be like the second last thing I would even think of touching once I reach home..the first would be the telephone..reminds me of work haha..
Work's been pretty okay these couple of days..or rather I've grown used to the naggings or scoldings from the poor pathetic souls who just seem to have all the time in the world to bark at us every now and then..despite claiming that they are busy and such..seriously petty issues if you ask me..and I've kinda grown immune to their..well.."barkings"

Been down with the flu for a couple of days..kinda annoying really..especially since I work in a call center...anyways..poor Liyana seems pretty stressed out with the job..the poor dear..aier's improving..whereas for judee and me..we're more of the happy-go-lucky attitude so..you wouldn't see us getting stressed out by the callers..hehe..trying to implant that mentality into aier and liyana too..there are ALWAYS people out there whose job seems to be..well..to make life difficult for you..can't do much about it either except to ignore..the job is to help them..but seriously some problems do not even involve you..e.g. spoilt hp..its not as if we're able to repair them..so..just let them vent their frustrations but not take it to heart..its human nature anyway.

Anyway..Judee's gonna be tranferred to the tele-sales dept starting from monday..I'm gonna get bored without her constant "irritation" and all..gonna miss her presence in the team though she'll be like 3m away..and..well hope to see yvonne at work more often too..her presence in the office cheers me up like literally cuz..well she's like the laugh doctor or something..there's never a day in which she fails to tickle my funny bone. Oh ya..and Aier's my toilet buddy or in other words as Judee puts it "escalation & support buddy"..hmm..who esle..yeaps..alsty baby's my "eat-snake" companion..or rather I'm his smoking buddy..okay this came out wrong..hmm..companion..? Um..okay..his chat buddy when he smokes..yeaps..sounds better *gRinZ*

National day tmr..hopefully people are too busy to call in..doubt so anyway..I think they'll be EXTREMELY free..*siGh*..the double pay rate does boost my mood though..nasty customers..pls feel free to call in and I'll entertain you..LOL!!!!
