I passed my BTT today haha..third attempt (embarrassing -.-") ..LOL! Lucky me too lah...never study wasnt expecting to pass anyway..you can say that..luck was on my side? Hehz~!

Anyway..I proceeded to the information counter to make some enquiries..there were 2 of them there but...BOTH OF THEM WERE BLOODY HELL YAKKING AWAY and ignoring me..talk about service -.- Their attititudes sucked! And when i interruptted them with a "EXCUSE ME I NEED SOME HELP" she glared at me..WTF! Are u simply telling me that..you guys are paid to sit there and yak and not help ur customers? Right..probably so huh..ladies..i suggest u check up the meaning of INFORMATION COUNTER in the dictionary

Customer service..baHz! How to improve Singapore's image???? Talking about that..many sales people are like that too la..they should pick up a thing or two from Japan and Thailand instead..or foget about the customers la..you guys are scaring people away with your horrible attitudes..! Like this lady who worked in a shop in Northpoint 4 years ago..me and my girlfriends used to go there after school and this bloody bitch would follow us all around and staring at us..as if we were gonna steal her stuff..i even heard her telling one of her new staff "better keep an eye on them" WTF WTF WTF!!!! Students ain't got the money to shop izzit???? And besides..your shop damn bloody grand meh? &^%#$* anyway..cant be unfair la..there still is a percentage of NICE sales people and those in the service line as well..too bad about the rest though..
