Overwhelmed

Am still reeling in from the shock or rather surprise. A really pleasant one from the dearies. Never did I expect that not in a million years along with collaborations with the bf and my two annoying sisters thanks to the two main masterminds Anna & Amir. It was the absolute sweetest thing ever.. this is what donkey years of friendship does for you :) A special heartfelt thanks to the dolls.. and also mural though his presence was missed.

Anna's precelebration

A little get together for a pre-birthday celebration for Anna dearest (:

A simple lunch @ Sushi Tei and 5 friendship rings for the darling.. well okay 1 for the each of us actually... a pity Shiya couldn't make it though..

Followed by a "wii" session at my place. Felt like the "good ol' days"... yesteryear all over.. hard to believe that we've known and stuck to each other for almost a decade. 9 years to be exact. Friends as such are meant to be kept by your side and held close to the heart. Despite the busy work and school schedules.. efforts to meetups though not much are the bare essentials to keep the friendship going. I love these girls.

Jas's 21st

Headed over for Jas's 21st bday chalet last night and meetups with the schoolmates again :) One can say that it was the year of 21st birthdays that brought the group of us close again.. chalets and whatnots. Realised how much we've missed out especially after leaving Nbss.. the times in which we WERE heavily involved in every freaking school play. Those were the days, days of fun and laughter, days in which everything was smooth sailing and close to perfect, days in which there were no stress brought about by work, office politics and whatnots. Had lotsa other stuff going on in our lifes, new schools new working environments that didn't permit much time or rather us using it as an excuse that allowed us to drift apart so I guess this year is a pretty significant one. Friends are always a joy and these are the darlings that I've known for close to a decade. Ones who you can reminince with over the past and over the stupid things we used to do.. and am proud to say that we made up the bulk of the company last night *grins*

Will have to wait for anna dearest for the pictures. Till then.

And anna sweetie... have a safe trip rem to get me my toyboys ya? =P

Azera's 21st

Christmas's drawing nearer with each passing day. With the festive season comes the dilemma of xmas shopping and gifts. It is the season of giving afterall.. a month left to crack my head over 'em gifts. Giving brings about happiness.... AND a bleeding, dying wallet...geeeeez.

Bryan's 20th :)

GP's finally over and done with.. a HUGE sigh of relief. A 35 pager, 5400 word essay submitted and off my back.. good riddance heavy load :)

Headed over to Pat's place earlier to celebrate Bryan's birthday.... Happy 20th Birthday hun

Met the many people I haven't seen in months.. times when whynot was still in existance.. couldn't quite figure what to get the little darling.. hmm... when in doubt vodka's the way? LOL! Anyway.. lovely cake I gotta say double D's at least ;P

Eric's 21st

Unfamiliar faces at Eric's chalet...lots of 'em.... the horror.....! LOL! Ok kidding... like thank goodness for the presence of Azera and Noreen. Was only much later in the night when hubs and weihao came by. Anyhoos....... Eric was kinda displeased with the presence of some...uh... uninvited guests.. I mean who wouldn't be... but then again what can one say. My sympathies to you hun... Oh and a very happy belated 21st and a big welcome to adulthood, the first step to growing O-L-D haha the dreaded word.

Had dinner at JB with vonn and rach a couple of days back.. an impromtu decision actually. With people like vonn around such sudden decisions never fail to surface especially when she's driving.. drove both me and rach back to get our passports and it was off to JB. Seafood cravings what can I say.. dinner and back.. simple as that the only diff between having dinner at some random place and Malaysia is the all important passport and of cuz not forgetting my 'gum gums' just before leaving the place.. I never fail to make that important purchase whenever I'm there (:

Anna's bday bash

Back from Joanna's 21st birthday bash. One word, fun. One reason, got to meetup with the ex-schoolmates again :)

Was great spending time with the group again, back like it was in the old days.. back when we first started out on the path to teenhood and now.. our other step, one into adulthood. Group's pretty much the sam ol' fun loving endless teasing bunch, the life of the school (in the past that is) the only diff would be the guys being stuck in NS or as they put it "loyaly serving the nation and protecting us girls" and the ladies either out working or pursuing yet another step higher.

Was kinda awkward meeting Shane there though.. since.. I kinda left him out during my birthday celebration.. guilt and all.. I didn't mean it.. still haven't gotten over it.. guilt's been chewing on me.. argh!

Anyhoos..

Ain't got the pictures though.. will have to wait for Joanna dearest.. BUT I can finally put up a pic of the pendant we got her *smiles*

My sweet 21st :D

Happy birthday to Steph and ME!!!!

The long awaited updates....

LOL! I'm officially 21.. the begining of adulthood and um bigger responsibilities...? Ok so turning 21's not really much of a biggy.. dad says there you go total freedom.. a good thing? Perhaps not cuz total freedom = total independency = sayonara allowance.. I'll forego the total freedom part, besides being daddy's lil' girl doesn't hurt though it does sound a little bratty of me.. but hey.. how much longer will I get to enjoy this privilage? It'll soon be time for me to take on the role of providing for the parents, not that I'm complaining.. and besides, I've never been denied anything.. I have to say I've been a pretty lucky kid.. getting stuff I wanted and even my allowance even at this age or rather even while I was temp-ing at Stm...

Anyway, had a buffet at home on the 4th invited the peeps over and all.. lets see.. there were the 2e1 bunch from Nbss, my ever loving ex-classmates..darlings I've known since 13, the clementi bunch, Stm babies, RO darls, rose's friends and mommy's friends and of cuz the most important person STEPH huns, the other birthday girl. One thing I realised.. its tough being a hostess.. or rather.. being a good one.. I didn't really spend much time with my peeps though it was great seeing everyone again.. like some sorta gathering.. especially the Nbss bunch.. the best years of my teenage life were pretty much spent with 'em.. frankly speaking I wasn't expecting everyone to turn up cuz of the heavy downpour and all but thanks for not letting me down.. I love you guys.. thanks for making my day.. even baby Seraphina, Stanley's little girl.

Tinah - Haven't seen you in eons.. nevertheless, gorgeous as ever
