A terribly bitchy posT =P

Long day at work today..hmm...seems that almost everyone is pretty stressed up at work..can't blame them..imagine having to handle difficult callers all the time..hehx..hmmmm well..I kinda seem to be the only one who's stress free? LOL! Cuz..hm..I keep bugging my TL Indra whenever I have a problem ba..hehx..she's quite sweet as well..and yea..Judee and Alsty are a pretty big help to me as well..and I guess I'm pretty lucky..lotsa general enquiries..not really much of configs and such..hopefully I don't get those wireless data problems...HEADACHE!!! LoL!

Well..its not as smooth sailing all the time of cuz..like for example..I got a really nasty call yesterday..MORNING! Where do people actually find the energy to be so..well..nasty so early in the morning? I wonder....anyways..this guy..he claimed that he had actually gotten his hp from an authorized ST dealer..a phone thats w/o a contract..(you must be wondering what has this gotta do with singtel right? same here...)..and its been a week since he bought it and now its faulty..I actually asked him if he told the retailer and brought the handset down for an exchange..and what he told me was that he did but they did not allow him to get a replacement set..but seriously speaking..he actually told me that the handset was working fine for the first 7 days..to me it was more like..he could have spoilt the handset..anyway its not within my means to do anything..its between him and the retailer..why does he even bother to call us..when he bought a handset w/o a contract? Its not as if he bought it from our store..he was screaming at me anyway..saying stuff like.."You guys should take responsibilty ok!" Like..HUH? Wtf!!!!!???? Mega weird ass..throwing his weight all over the place..OH PUHLEASE!!!!! Gimme a break..what did I even do to you in my previous lifetime? Geez..stupid old man..and he even told us..that we had to do something about our retailers..I mean sorry sir but will you please F.O and getta life? You were the one who wanted to buy the retailer..so that's your own fucking problem..go settle it with the retailer..sheesh! The nerve...some people will never learn..I feel sad for him...the poor soul....bwaahahhaahahhaa! Anyways was back to my chirpy self after he hung up..why should I let one pathetic and miserable lifeless old man spoil my mood right? I'd rather put that effort into handling other calls.. =P

Hm..ok well that was ytd...for today..things were going pretty well..except for this biatch at the office who seriously spoilt my mood..for like 5 mins...ok..I know myself well..and that my mandarin sucks..like totally...so why would I want to answer mandarin calls? I mean..if you were to think of it this way, a caller loses his hp and wants to suspend his line for the moment..and you on the other hand can't communicate well with him and answer him in PROPER mandarin..the caller's bound to get pissed off..so why would I even want to put myself in such a difficult position? I'd rather stick to answering english calls right? For today however, I was doing the transfer and it got transferred to this lady who was sitting right at the back of me and she went "Why are u transferring the mandarin calls? Can't u answer it? Cannot try ar?!" and mind you her tone was damn fucking rude okay! Bloody shit assed biatch..I wonder if she's even married..I doubt so..anyways..I told her in a really nice manner that I couldn't really handle mandarin calls cuz I know where I stand when it comes to speaking mandarin and she was like mumbling under her breath...and after the call got transferred she turned around just to "diao" me or rather gimme this cold glare..excuse me miss..F.Y.I we are doing the exact same job..so what if you've started working there earlier than me..what's the biggy??! Its not as if I do not have to answer any other calls once I've transferred that to you righT? In fact I'm actually freeing myself to answer the english calls..well..I think you're a pretty dumb bitch? A bimbo maybe? Nah..you ain't even got the looks, the boobs nor the youth to even qualify to be one..okay maybe you do have one point that qualifies..and that would be..the dumb factor. I rest my case =D
