Teletech

Got called up for another interview session..this time by this company "Teletech Customer Management Pte Ltd" for a "Customer Service Rep" position..its a call centre basically..my 2nd interview this week..well the first one wouldn't exactly count anyway as it was actually the recruitment agency that interviewed me and not my prospective employer..

Was pretty nervous initially..and I had to fill up..well you know the usual forms and such..and I had to take some tests before the interview..a typing test, a 24Q MCQ on some customer service thingy which I though was more of your attitute or somesort, some computer software skills knowledge thingy and finally a letter writing reply to a customer. Where did I take the test? In the middle of a busy office..ODD! Damn weird okay..its like..everyone's busy with work..and I walk in..get a seat and take the test? Anyway the interviewer was pretty nice and friendly..definately someone easy to get along with and what she told me was that I scored pretty well for the tests that they required me to take..still don't know if I'd be able to land the job though..and I was the youngest applicant there..for today anyway..*siGh* Don't wanna get my hopes up too high this time whatever may be, may be? LOL!
